*The Liberty 12 FZL is only available to existing subscribers.  Liberty Pass applies if subscriber exceeds 12 GB of data within 30-day, and is then subject to speeds of 1-5 Mbps during network congestion.  Free Zone also available 3-6 a.m.

*Download speeds for all packages are up to 12 Mbps Download and 3 Mbps Upload. Speeds are the advertised/target performance of up to speeds.  Actual speeds received by individual subscribers may vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to time of day, consumer device utilized, in-home network.

Liberty Plan: The Liberty Package will give a set amount of Priority Data based on the package selected.  Should you exceed your data plan within the 30-day period, you will receive the Liberty Pass with download speeds of up to 1 to 5 Mbps for the remainder of your 30-day measurement period. During evening hours - after 5 p.m., your speeds will be slower than the daytime, possibly below 1 Mbps at times.  There is a free zone with the Liberty plans only, which is every day from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. 

BUY MORE is an option with the Liberty plan.  If you exceed your monthly data or Priority Data Allowance, you can take advantage of the buy More option to purchase 1 GB increments of data for $9.99 per 1 GB.

Maintenance / Service Plan available for $6.99/mo.

Jump River Electric Cooperative (JREC) is making available to its subscribers a Maintenance, Repair and Service Agreement to provide coverage for repair or replacement of your Viasat *covered equipment for the term of this agreement, should it fail to operate under normal use and in the manner for which it was designed.  This Agreement provides coverage for each piece of *covered equipment and becomes effective 91 days after the enrollment date or installation date, whichever is greater; and expires when cancelled by either the subscriber or JREC.  This Agreement does not provide for normal maintenance, routine cleanings, tune-ups, check-ups, storage or repairs to correct normal gradual reduction of operating.  

 *Covered Equipment is 1 Satellite Modem with power supply, 1 TRIA (receiver & feed assembly), and 1 Dish Antenna.

The Viasat equipment warranty is 12 months from the date of service activation.   Service call fees will be $95.00 plus tax.  The equipment replacement costs are listed below:

- TRIA - $185-$290   - MODEM - $150   - SATELLITE ANTENA - $75

Take advantage of our maintenance plan for $6.99/month on all new installations. Information on the maintenance plan can be found to the right. 

A one-time equipment fee charge of $49.99 applies for all new installations.  Members are required to sign a 24-Month Customer Agreement on all new installations. Taxes apply to all charges.  Seasonal agreement options also available. 

Each account also receives up to 5 email accounts and Spam & Virus Filtering included with each package.

*** Equipment/Activation price is free for a standard installation only.   Non-standard installations will have additional charges.

Please complete the following three forms and include the first month of service along with the equipment fee and drop off at our office or mail to JREC, PO Box 99, Ladysmith WI 54848.  Please note we will need to have all the documents and the down-payment prior to scheduling an installation.  The first month and equipment fee is due at time of signup.

SEASONAL OPTION:  If you are not a full-time resident, you may want to consider signing a seasonal customer agreement. The customer agreement becomes a 36-month agreement, but you are able to turn your service to seasonal 6-months of every 12.  The price also drops to $14.99/month, plus tax when on the seasonal plan.  If you would like to SIGN-UP for a SEASONAL SERVICE PLAN.  Please complete and return the following two documents in place of the above customer agreement.
