Our Mission at Jump River Electric Cooperative is to provide reliable, safe, 

sustainable, and affordable utility services to the communities we serve.

Adherence to the seven cooperative principles is what makes Cooperatives different. Cooperatives are voluntary organizations, open to all people able to use its services and willing to accept the responsibilities of membership, without gender, social, racial, political, or religious discrimination.

Jump River Electric Cooperative is a non-profit cooperative utility owned, operated and supported by our members in Barron, Chippewa, Price, Rusk, Sawyer and Taylor Counties.

Jump River Electric Cooperative distributes electricity and additional services to our member-owners. We value stewardship, integrity, reliability, quality, cost effectiveness, and compassion in our services.

Jump River Electric Cooperative takes pride in being a trusted provider of energy and other utility services desired by our members.
